Bob entered the financial services industry in 1976 as an accountant and tax preparer. He built a clientele comprised mainly of individuals and small business owners. In his practice, emphasis was placed on providing the education and information clients need to make intelligent decisions.

After graduating from North Park College in Chicago, Bob spent two years in graduate school studying
theology and eight years in agricultural chemistry research. He then moved his family to Washington and chose to pursue a career in financial services. Bob received his designation as an Enrolled Agent in 1982 and graduated from the College for Financial Planning in 1985 as a Certified Financial Planner.
